At Delicto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Log into your Delicto account and select the order you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

Drop Off the Package

Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
